Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your username, email, password, country, and state/province. Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then tap "Sign Up" to create your account.
How do I reset my password?
Go to Account Settings in the app, scroll to "Change Password", enter your current password and new password, then tap "Update Password". If you've forgotten your password, please contact us at typical.kiddos@gmail.com.
How do I add a profile photo?
Go to Account Settings and tap "Upload Photo" or "Change Photo". You can choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one with your camera.
How do chat rooms work?
Chat rooms are organized by age group (Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Threes, Fours, Fives). Navigate to the Chat section, select an age group, and start chatting with other educators. Messages automatically expire after 24 hours.
Can I report inappropriate content?
Yes! In any chat room, tap the "Report User" button (flag icon) to anonymously report inappropriate conduct. All reports are reviewed by administrators.
